DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders for stock items placed before 2pm on the same day, (excluding weekends and bank holidays, when they will be dispatched on the next working day.) Please note that personalised items will take longer to deliver. There is an option of express delivery when placing an order. If your delivery is taking longer than anticipated, please contact us on 0161 7183249.
There will be a carriage charge of £3.99 for all orders under £25, and £6.99 for all orders between £25 – £100 to the UK mainland. Delivery is free for orders over £100. International orders- please contact us for a quote.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
If you are not totally satisfied with all or part of your order, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (excluding postage). Items must be unworn and unwashed, not damaged or altered in any way, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items and bepoke, personalised garments are non-returnable.
Return them to us at Instex, 78 Egerton Rd South, M21 0ZH. Enclose the packing list and explain whether you would like an exchange or refund. Upon receipt of the product in good condition and original packaging, we will either send out the exchange or make a refund within 5 working days. You will receive an email to confirm.
