How do I wash my Uniform clothing?

Machine wash in WARM water with like colours. Always follow the washing instructions attached to the garment. DO NO BLEACH. Bleach greatly reduces the life expectancy of garments. Tumble dry on LOW and remove promptly. Damages resulting from improper care render the garment non-refundable.

Can I Dry Clean my uniform clothing?

No, please do not dry clean. The processes used to dry clean clothing greatly reduces the lifespan of each article. Damages resulting from improper care render the garment non-refundable.

Credit Card Security: Is your site secure?

Shopping at our site is safe, and we guarantee it. All orders on our site are processed on our secure server. All credit card information is encrypted and protected. To check that your transaction is secure, look for the unbroken key or closed padlock icon in the corner of your browser screen when entering your credit card information. If you would prefer not to place your order online, please call Customer Service at 0161 7183249. One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Note:

The expiration date, card code and billing address you enter must match exactly what your bank has on file for your account (including the street address). If not, the transaction will be denied and your financial institution will likely place a “hold” on the funds for up to five business days even though the transaction was denied due to this address data mis-match. We do not control the authorization process. We are not charging your account multiple times in these situations.

How long does a back order usually take to ship?

Although we take every effort to keep all merchandise in stock, occasionally an item may not be available to ship immediately. In the case of backordered merchandise, any merchandise on the order that is in stock will ship when the order is placed. The backordered merchandise will usually be shipped within 2 weeks at no additional shipping cost. You will have the option to cancel the order if you do not want to wait.

Do the garments run large, small, or true to size?

Our garments, unless specifically designated “Women’s”, is based on unisex sizing. To ensure an accurate fit, it is recommended that the chest, waist, and hips measurements are used to determine the correct size. Our garments are designed to run true to size, not extra roomy or tight fitting.

Can I have my logo embroidered?

Custom logos may be embroidered on most of our merchandise at a small additional cost. To process an order with a custom logo please call our Customer Service Department on 0161 718 3249 or email sales@instex.co.uk.

Can a package be shipped out of the U.K?

Packages can be shipped to most locations through out the world to which a major carrier, such as UPS, FedEX, or DHL, will ship. The order can be placed online and a shipping quote will be emailed directly to you.
